These terms govern your use of rai-technologies.com (the "site"), operated by RAI Technologies LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, to access it by automated means beyond what our robots.txt allows, to submit false information or spam through our forms, or to use it for anything unlawful.

No guarantee of results

The site describes our services and approach. Results depend on your market, offer, budget and operations, and figures shown for past clients do not promise the same outcome for you. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of calls, leads, sales, rankings or any other result. Any commitments we make are set out in your written agreement.

Policy compliance work

We provide advertising policy consulting only through Google's official appeal, verification and certification processes. We will not create, supply or operate replacement, rented or additional accounts or domains to continue advertising during a suspension, cloak landing pages, or create, alter or supply documents or verification details. We may end an engagement if we learn the advertiser has done any of these. Google makes all decisions on suspensions, appeals, verification and certification, and we do not promise any outcome or timeline.

Content about advertising policy, consent, call recording and privacy law is general information, not legal advice. Talk to your own counsel about your obligations.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, text and graphics belong to RAI Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or republish substantial parts without our written permission. Google, Google Ads and Performance Max are trademarks of Google LLC. RAI Technologies LLC is an independent agency and is not affiliated with Google. Other trademarks belong to their owners.

Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services, such as our scheduling tool, and links to other sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, RAI Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RAI Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date.
