Privacy policy

Effective September 23, 2026

This policy explains what personal information RAI Technologies LLC ("RAI", "we") collects through rai-technologies.com, our forms and our calls, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

Who we are

RAI Technologies LLC. Questions about this policy or your information: compliance@rai-technologies.com.

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry or book a call, we collect what you enter:

  • Your name, company, work email, phone number and website
  • The services you're interested in, your budget or team size, and your message
  • Your consent to be contacted, with the time and the page you gave it on
  • Booking details you give our scheduling provider

Information collected automatically

  • Attribution. The campaign parameters in the link you arrived from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid), the referring site and the first page you landed on. We keep these in a first-party cookie called rai_attr for 90 days and include them with your inquiry.
  • Region. A cookie called rai_region records whether you're visiting from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, based on your IP address, so we can ask for consent where required. We don't store your IP address with it.
  • Analytics and advertising. With your consent where the law requires it, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags. They use cookies to measure visits and ad conversions, such as a form submission, a booked call or a click on our phone number.
  • Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These measure page views and performance without cookies.
  • Your choice. rai_consent stores your cookie choice for one year. You can change it at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the site footer.

Phone calls, call tracking and recordings

Calls to our numbers, and to the numbers we manage for clients, may use call tracking, which shows which ad or page led to the call. Calls are recorded for quality, training and to confirm whether a call met a client's criteria. In states that require every party's consent, callers hear a recording notice at the start of the call. Recordings are encrypted at rest and kept for the period agreed with the client the call was for, then deleted.

SMS and phone consent

Our inquiry form asks for your agreement with this exact text:

"I agree to be contacted by RAI Technologies LLC by phone, email or SMS about my inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy policy."

We contact you about your inquiry only. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text, ask on any call, or email compliance@rai-technologies.com to opt out, and we'll stop right away.

How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and schedule calls
  • To run, secure and improve this website
  • To measure which campaigns bring inquiries, including our own Google Ads
  • To meet legal obligations and keep records of consent

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process information for us under contract:

  • Resend, to send emails about your inquiry
  • Cal.com, to schedule calls
  • Supabase, to store inquiries
  • CallRail, for call tracking and recording
  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads), for measurement and advertising
  • Vercel, which hosts this website
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps stop spam on our forms
  • Our CRM, where we keep a record of your inquiry

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and for as long as the law requires records of consent. We delete or anonymize them after that.

Your rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents can ask to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, and to delete it, and can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't collect any). We won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can use an authorized agent. We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days.

Your rights in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

We rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for being contacted, on our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries and running this site, and on legal obligations for records. You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, ask for a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We respond within one month. Information may be processed in the United States and Pakistan, where our teams work, with appropriate safeguards.

How to make a request

Email compliance@rai-technologies.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you'd like us to do. To change cookie choices, use "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access and signed confidentiality agreements. No system is perfectly secure, and we'll notify you as the law requires if a breach affects your information.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We'll post changes here and update the effective date. See also our Terms of service and Compliance and data practices.
