Five ways to work with us.

Each one is quoted in writing. Ads and team engagements start with a pilot and a scorecard we agree up front.

  • Managed Google Ads

Businesses that want full control of spend and a team to run it.

    What's included

    • Strategy and account build
    • Landing pages built for calling
    • Call tracking, recording and scoring
    • Weekly optimization
    • Live dashboard and weekly written update

    How it's billed

A percentage of ad spend, with a monthly minimum.

    What sets the price

    • Your monthly ad spend
    • Number of locations and service areas
    • Landing pages we build
    • Call answering, if you add it

    Quoted after a 20-minute call

To quote, we'll ask for your current monthly spend, service areas and cost per call.

  • Pay per qualified call

Eligible verticals that want a fixed cost for every qualified call.

    What's included

    • Everything in Managed Google Ads
    • A written rubric for what counts as qualified
    • Disputes settled against the call recording
    • Daily and geo caps you control
    • A paid pilot before per-call pricing starts

    How it's billed

A fixed price for each call that meets your rubric, after a paid pilot.

    What sets the price

    • What a customer is worth in your vertical
    • How competitive your area is on Google
    • How strict the rubric is: minimum call length and screening
    • Hours covered and daily caps

    Quoted after a 20-minute call

To quote, we'll ask for your current monthly spend, service areas and cost per call.

  • Policy compliance and appeals

Businesses with a suspended account, disapproved ads or products, or a category that needs Google certification.

    • A written diagnosis and verdict
    • Root-cause fixes to ads, site and business information
    • An evidence pack and appeal draft for your own account
    • Verification and certification readiness
    • Follow-up on Google's response

    What sets the price

    • Case type: account suspension, disapprovals or certification
    • How many accounts, sites or products are affected
    • Whether verification or a certification is needed
    • How much of the fix we make for you

    Quoted after a 20-minute call

    • Recruiting and hiring
    • Training and a written playbook
    • QA scorecards and weekly coaching
    • Management and scheduling

    • Hours of coverage, including nights and weekends
    • Languages
    • QA and reporting level

    • Call and message volume

    Quoted after a 20-minute call

What counts as a qualified call.

Written down and agreed with you before launch. Disputes are settled against the recording.

Counts as qualified

  • A new prospect, not an existing customer
  • Calling from inside your service area
  • Asking about a service you sell
  • On the line for at least the minimum length we agree with you

Doesn't count

  • Spam, robocalls and wrong numbers
  • Job seekers, sales calls and solicitors
  • Callers outside your service area
  • Services you don't sell
  • Calls shorter than the minimum

Controls you set

  • Service area, by ZIP code or radius
  • Hours, and where after-hours calls go
  • Daily and weekly caps
  • The minimum call length
  • Screening questions, asked by a person
  • Exclusions, such as existing customers

Disputes in three steps: flag the call, we review the recording together, and any credit appears on your next invoice.

Always included

In every Google Ads, call center and outbound engagement.
  • Recorded and scored calls
  • Live dashboard
  • Weekly written update
  • Named account lead
  • You own your accounts and data
  • Month-to-month after the pilot

Not included

So there are no surprises on the invoice.
  • Ad spend, which you pay directly to Google from your own account
  • Third-party tool licenses, unless bundled in your quote
  • Certifier, regulator and verification fees, such as LegitScript or G2, which you pay to them directly

Pricing questions.

It depends on the model and the build. Any setup fee is written into your quote before you sign, and there are no fees outside it.

Managed Google Ads and pay per qualified call start with a 90-day pilot. Team and automation pilots are set in your quote. After the pilot, month-to-month.

Yes, at any monthly boundary.

No. Call volume depends on your market, budget and offer, so nobody can promise it honestly. What we commit to in writing is the qualified-call standard, weekly reporting and the call recordings.

It depends on what a customer is worth in your vertical, how competitive your area is, and how strict the rubric is. We set a per-call price after a paid pilot on managed ads, from your real data.
