Proposals and agreements

Each client engagement is governed by an individual written proposal and agreement. Your proposal specifies the exact scope of work, fees, billing schedules, advertising media arrangements, cancellation notice requirements, and refund eligibility before any work begins.

Advertising platform media spend

Advertising media expenditures on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads are billed directly by the respective ad networks or handled per the billing arrangements specified in your proposal. Any credits, adjustments, or refunds for media spend are governed by the terms and policies of the respective advertising platforms.

Agency services and cancellations

Agency service fees, deliverables, and notice periods for pausing or terminating ongoing management are established in your written agreement. Work performed in accordance with agreed proposal milestones or retainer periods is billed as set out in that agreement.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy or our service agreements limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights that apply under applicable consumer or commercial laws in your jurisdiction.
