Merchant Center, Shopping and Performance Max for online stores.

A Merchant Center suspension pulls your products from Google Shopping, and each failed review can lengthen the wait before you can ask again. We fix the store first, from contact details and policy pages to feed-to-site prices and checkout, request one well-prepared review, and run Shopping and Performance Max once the account is healthy.

Who this is for

  • Online stores
  • Direct-to-consumer brands
  • Shopping and Performance Max advertisers

What holds online stores back

  • Suspensions without warning

Google treats Merchant Center misrepresentation as egregious, and its default outcome is no further Shopping promotion.

  • Reviews that cost you time

A failed review starts a cool-down that can grow each time, and Google support can't shorten it.

  • 'Website needs improvement'

Missing contact, returns or shipping pages, placeholder text, template images and broken links all block approval.

  • Feed and store that disagree

Google's misrepresentation policy covers unavailable products and inaccurate business information, so mismatches between the feed, the site and Merchant Center put the account at risk.

What Google's policy requires

Checked against Google's Help Center on September 23, 2026. Policies change, so we re-check before every engagement.

Merchant Center misrepresentation is egregious: accounts are suspended on detection without warning, Google's default is no further promotion on Shopping, and reinstatement happens only in compelling circumstances. Other violations come with a warning and 7 or 28 days to fix, and issues fixed inside the warning period are reviewed automatically at the end of it. Identity verification is required before you can request a review of an account-level suspension. Reviews take up to seven business days, each warning period allows one courtesy review and one disagreement per issue, and failed reviews bring a cool-down that Google support can't bypass or shorten. Stores need visible contact details and a legal business name, address, phone and email that match Merchant Center; linked shipping, returns and privacy pages; a return policy in product data; at least one conventional payment method; a working cart and checkout; full cost disclosure before and after purchase; no placeholder text, template images or broken links; and a Merchant Center sign-in at least every 14 months. Counterfeit goods, including items that mimic a brand's features or logos, is a separate egregious policy, and RAI does not take those cases.

What we do for online stores

Numbers we manage to

Every one is on your dashboard, every week.
  • Disapproved and limited items

Products Merchant Center won't show or restricts, by issue, tracked to zero.

  • Feed-to-site match

Products whose price and availability match between the feed and the landing page.

  • Return on ad spend

Revenue from Shopping and Performance Max divided by ad spend, from your store's own order data.

  • Order desk answer rate

Calls to your store answered live, by hour and by day.

E-commerce questions.

We can't promise it. Google treats Merchant Center misrepresentation as egregious, and reinstates only in compelling circumstances. What we can do is fix every trust issue on the store and in the account first, so the one review you request is the strongest case you have.

Because each failed review can lengthen the cool-down before you can ask again, and Google support can't shorten it. Issues fixed during a warning period are reviewed automatically at the end of it.

No. Counterfeit goods, including items that mimic a brand's features or logos, is an egregious Google policy, and we don't take those cases.

Yes. We build campaigns around your margins and product data, and add call assets where a conversation closes the sale.

Fix the store before you request the review.

Send us your store URL and the Merchant Center notice. We'll list what to fix before you ask Google to look again.
