Suspended or disapproved on Google Ads? Fix the cause before you appeal.

An independent agency for businesses and advertisers. We find the policy behind the decision, fix your ads, site and business details, and help you prepare one clear appeal from your own account. Google makes the final call.

  • 2 business daysto a written diagnosis and a straight answer on whether to appeal
  • 3 appealsthe most Google allows per disapproved ad before you have to contact support
  • 6 monthsthe minimum Google gives you to appeal an account suspension

Who this is for

  • Businesses whose Google Ads account is suspended, or whose ads, assets or products are disapproved or limited.
  • Advertisers in regulated categories that need a Google certification or extra verification before they can run ads.
  • Online stores with a Merchant Center warning, suspension or 'website needs improvement' notice.
  • Businesses and advertisers only. We don't help with personal Google accounts, logins or passwords.

What we handle

Named the way Google's policies name them. Review times are Google's, not ours.
  • Disapproved ads and assets

We find the exact policy in Policy manager, change the ad or landing page so it actually complies, then choose between 'Made changes to comply with policy' and 'Dispute decision', within Google's limit of three appeals per ad, 24 hours apart.

  • Warnings and strikes

For the 15 policies in Google's strike system, a warning is followed by a 3-day hold, a 7-day hold and then suspension within 90-day windows, so we sweep the account and prepare the acknowledgment form or an appeal before the next strike lands.

  • Misrepresentation and unacceptable business practices

We audit identity, affiliations, claims and pricing on your site and in your ads, then assemble the evidence Google's policy lists, such as registration, licenses and contracts; the egregious parts of this policy are reinstated only in compelling circumstances.

  • Circumventing systems

Google suspends these on detection without warning, and the trigger can be a link to another account, a shared payment method or a changed or compromised site, so we trace and document the connection; we decline advertisers who actually evaded an earlier suspension.

  • Compromised or malicious sites

When a hacked site triggers a malicious software suspension, we work with your developer or host to clean it, confirm it's clean and document the fix before any appeal.

  • Billing and payment suspensions

For suspicious payment activity, unpaid balances, chargebacks and promo code issues, we prepare a document checklist so your own admin can complete Google's payment verification, which Google may require within 30 days.

  • Advertiser verification

Deadlines can't be extended and a missed one pauses the account, so we check that your legal name, address, payments profile and documents match exactly before you submit, and your representative completes the identity steps.

  • Eligible (limited) status

When ads comply but are restricted by location, time or device, sometimes because of regulated-industry terms on your site, we audit landing-page wording, trademark authorizations and certifications, and tell you which limits are expected and can't be removed.

  • Merchant Center warnings and suspensions

We audit contact details, policy pages, checkout and feed-to-site prices and fix everything first, then request one review, because Google allows limited reviews and each failed one can lengthen a cool-down that support can't shorten.

  • Government documents and official services certification

Open only to government providers, providers the responsible government body links to and names as authorized, and listed regional or business exclusions; we check eligibility first, then prepare the application and advertiser verification.

  • Healthcare and medicines certification

For online pharmacies, telemedicine, addiction services, US health insurance and other categories, you need the accreditor Google names first, such as LegitScript, NABP or G2RS depending on category and country, and then we prepare the Google application.

  • Financial services verification

Required in 42 countries as of September 2026, including 24 EEA markets added in 2026 and not including the US; your regulator authorization comes first, then the G2 and Google applications, which we prepare with you.

  • Local Services Ads and Advanced Verification

We prepare license, insurance and pricing documents for Local Services screening, which Google says averages three to four weeks, and Advanced Verification for locksmiths and garage door companies; for a suspended profile we fix what's fixable and never reopen it under a new account.

  • Other certifications

Event ticket resale, licensed crypto exchanges and wallets, debt services, gambling and free desktop software each have their own certification rules; we check whether your business qualifies and prepare the application only if it does.

What you get

What an engagement can include. Your quote lists exactly which apply to your case.
  • A written diagnosis naming the policy, the likely trigger and a verdict: viable, conditional or not viable.
  • A root-cause review of ads, keywords, landing pages, linked accounts, payment profile and business information.
  • A fix plan listing every change, who makes it and in what order.
  • Site fixes: business identity, contact details, fee disclosure, policy pages and removed or corrected claims.
  • An evidence pack built from what Google's policy lists: registration, licenses, contracts and authorization letters.
  • A written appeal draft, submitted from your own account through Google's own appeal flow.
  • Verification readiness: a document check so your legal name, address and payments profile match exactly.
  • Certification readiness: an eligibility check and application prep for regulated categories.
  • Follow-up on Google's response, with a new appeal only when there's something new to say.
  • A written compliance brief after the decision, plus weekly policy monitoring for managed clients.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Diagnose

We read the notice and the account through screenshots, exported reports or read-only access, and give you a written verdict within two business days.

  2. Step 2: Find the root cause

Ads, keywords, landing pages, linked accounts, payment profile and business information, checked against the named policy.

  3. Step 3: Fix

We change what's actually wrong, with your team, before anything goes to Google.

  4. Step 4: Appeal

One documented appeal from your own account, through Google's own flow. No repeat appeals without new facts.

  5. Step 5: Google reviews

Google sets this timeline, not us. We track the case and answer any follow-up questions with you.

  6. Step 6: Stabilize

If the account comes back, we restart spend gradually and check policy status every week.

What we measure

What we track on every case and report to you in writing.
  • Time to diagnosis

Business days from account access to your written verdict. The one timeline we fully control.

  • Open policy issues

Disapproved ads and assets, limited statuses and Merchant Center item issues, tracked to zero.

  • Appeals used

Appeals filed per ad and per account against Google's limits, so none are wasted.

  • Deadlines open

Every verification, certification and warning-period deadline, with days remaining. Google doesn't extend verification deadlines.

  • Days to Google's decision

Submission to response, recorded for each case. We report Google's timeline; we don't promise it.

Tools we work with

  • Google Ads Policy manager
  • Ads Transparency Center
  • Google Merchant Center diagnostics
  • Google Search Console security issues report
  • Google Ads Editor
  • Site crawlers for broken links, redirects and missing policy pages
  • Malware scanning, with your developer or host
  • Diagnosis

A fixed fee, quoted in writing before you pay. You keep the written diagnosis and verdict whether or not you go ahead, and the fee is credited toward the fix if you do.

  • Fix and appeal prep

A flat fee by case type: billing and verification, standard policy, egregious policy, Merchant Center, or certification readiness. Scope and any refund terms are written into the quote.

  • Managed clients

Policy monitoring and disapproval fixes are included in every managed Google Ads engagement.

  • Third-party fees

Certifier, regulator and verification fees, such as LegitScript or G2, are paid by you directly to them and are never part of our fee. Google bills ad spend to you separately.

What we will never do

Our commitments on every case, so you can hold us to them.
  • Open, rent, sell or run new, replacement, 'test' or aged accounts, or spare manager accounts, to keep you advertising during a suspension.
  • Move a disapproved offer to a new domain or subdomain, or reword an ad to get past review without fixing the underlying problem.
  • Cloak landing pages or show reviewers anything different from what your customers see.
  • Create, edit or supply documents, or verify your account under our identity or anyone else's.
  • File a 'not in scope' certification request for a site that sells documents Google's policy covers.
  • Promise reinstatement, approval, certification or a Google review time.
  • Claim contacts at Google, priority review or a fast track.
  • Provide login, password or account-access support, or ask for your passwords, card numbers or ID documents.
  • Take cases involving counterfeit goods, malware distribution, unauthorized pharmacies, prescription opioids, sanctions evasion or sexually explicit content.
  • Keep filing appeals that have nothing new in them.

Policy compliance questions, answered.

No. Google reviews every appeal, verification and certification request and makes the final decision, and it reinstates suspended accounts only in compelling circumstances, such as a mistake. We find the likely cause, help you fix it, and help you prepare a clear, truthful case from your own account. Be wary of anyone who promises more.

No. Google may suspend any new accounts you create, along with related accounts, and treats opening one to get back in as circumventing systems, which is suspended on detection without warning. We work only on your existing account.

For a suspended account, you have at least six months and can appeal again after a rejection, but Google may not process repeated appeals for the same suspension, so each one should add something new. For a disapproved ad, Google allows three appeals, at least 24 hours apart. Decisions more than six months old now go through Google Ads support instead of your account.

You do, from your own Google Ads or Merchant Center account, through Google's own appeal flow. We prepare the fixes, the evidence and the draft. Payment and identity checks have to be completed by your own admin, and we never ask for passwords, card numbers or ID documents.

No. RAI Technologies is an independent agency, not affiliated with Google, and we use the same appeal and support channels you do. Google publishes no timeline for account appeals. Google itself tells advertisers to treat claims of a special relationship with Google as a warning sign.

Our part: a written diagnosis within two business days of seeing the account, then fixes on a schedule we agree. Google's part varies. Most ad reviews take about a business day, Merchant Center reviews up to seven business days, advertiser verification up to five business days and occasionally 30, and government documents certification typically 10 to 12 business days after verification. Account appeals have no published timeline.

Only if it's eligible. Google lets only certified governments and authorized providers advertise these documents, and from October 5, 2026 an authorized provider's domain has to be linked from, and named by, the government body responsible for the document. Contracts and business licenses don't count as proof. If you don't qualify, no agency can change that, and we'll tell you after the eligibility check.

We prepare it with you: matching your legal name, address and payments profile, and checking your documents before you submit, because failed attempts are limited. Verification is always in your business's own name. Your representative completes the identity steps, and we never verify your account under our identity or anyone else's.

No. For access, login or security problems, contact Google directly. This service is advertising policy compliance for businesses, and we don't provide account access, login or password support.

Counterfeit goods, malware distribution, unauthorized pharmacies and prescription opioids, sanctions evasion, sexually explicit content, advertisers who deliberately evaded an earlier suspension, and businesses that can't meet Google's eligibility rules. We also tell you when a case isn't worth an appeal.
